| We're here to make clothes to fit you! If you see a style you like, but need a special size, configuration, or have a design modification, let us know and we will quote a price. | ||
| Using your fabric | ||
| We do not do custom work with fabric supplied by you. If you have a special color request, let us know and we will try to match it. We only work with fabric we purchase ourselves. | ||
| Matching Garments | ||
| If you have a garment you need to match, send us a general description, and we will send you the swatches in that color family. Do not send us garments to match - we will send swatches to you. | ||
| Swatching | ||
| If you are unsure of the color accuracy of your monitor, we will be happy to cut a swatch and send it to you. | ||
Ordering
| Troupe/Teacher Rates | ||
| If you are buying quantities of 10 garments or more you are eligible for a 10% discount on the total order. | ||
| Wholesale Rates | ||
| Veils are the only items we wholesale at this time. Please e-mail or call for more information. You must provide proof of business/resale license. | ||

| Returned Checks | ||
| Returned checks are subject to a $15US service charge for each attempt. | ||
Shipping

| All items are shipped USPS priority mail. So far everyone that I have shipped to has received their package. | ||

| These rates are based on USPS priority mail Up to $30.00 = $7.50 $30.01 to $50.00 = $8.50 $50.01 to $75.00 = $9.50 $75.01 to $100.00 = $10.50 $100.01 to $125.00 = $11.50 $125.01 to $150.00 = $12.50 $150.01 to $175.00 = $13.50 $175.01 to $200.00 = $14.50 $200.01 and up = call me for an estimate |

| Rush Deliveries | ||
| If you need a rush delivery, we will charge according to your selected delivery method. There will be an additional surcharge for rush delivery to cover transportation expenses. | ||

Returns
| All items are returnable and exchangable with the exception of custom orders within 30 days of delivery.You will need to contact me with authorization prior to returning the item. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. |
